I loved doing the kickboxing classes weekly here! Marina is a fantastic coach that prioritizes proper form and safety vs. the frantic speed of other kickboxing courses. The class size allows for periods of one-on-one coaching and corrections. Classes are empowering and tough. If I didn't have to move, I would have continued to box here. I highly recommend taking group classes here, regardless of your initial skill level.
The fitness push that I needed! Not only is the location convenient for me, but the coaches/owners are all amazing and down to earth, and the classes are going to push you to your limits but help you reach the fitness goals! Im exhausted after class, but never regretted going to one! You are worth the self investment..join NOW!
