John, Mario, and Tim did great work! Very professional and friendly!
John visited twice and consulted with me and my wife on various options for our basement project. John and his son showed up on time, put down tarps/cloths to protect our carpet, completed the work, cleaned up (vacuumed and everything), walked me through what they did, and they were done. Not really sure what else My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Charette and Sons again.
Came out quickly to look at job then very little communication after that then nothing at all. Not a good way to run a business.
The person was timely coming out for an assessment of the windows, but communication was lacking thereafter. No follow up after waiting 1-2 weeks. Never received an estimate. I got the impression I was bothering them by trying to schedule the repair, so I gave up.
Great to work with, always a job well done!
