I wouldn't patronize the services of this company because it's appalling to see one very slowly moving horse pull a very long wagon with on average four to six very large passengers. Really? At least give the poor animal some assistance and have another horse pull these heavy loads. I'd hate to see the conditions of the horses in the summer!

This was such a major disappointment…I will say Anne ,the dispatcher, is so sweet,she helped me arrange a romantic 2 person carriage ride as a gift for my brother-in-law and his girlfriend..$120.00 for 1/2 hour..expensive but wanted to give them a special gift..it WASN'T..the driver never shut up and pointed out insane "historical facts " of the French Quarter; Brad Pitt and Delta Burke's homes, the bar that stayed open during Katrina…DUMB stuff that just spoiled the romantic ride..

I spoke to the driver to see the price and how it worked and she was not very friendly but told me it was $20 per person. So my daughter sister and decided to try the ride. It was night so it wasn't busy we boarded and the driver said you pay when we return. We waited a few moments but she did not pull off. We asked if we were going to start and she said "I don't move for less than $120 so we had to wait and see if anyone else would ride.
