I went for several years. It was great. Wonderful customer service and great selection. This year, when I went, the cashier was the rudest person I met in my entire life. After almost an hour I found someone to help us but they didn't know even when we showed them a picture. Then I asked someone else and they were very annoyed. Went to Eco Verdure in St Eustache and it was night and day. It's honest to God worth the drive. I wouldn't even go back to Charboneau if I lived across the street. Very upset.
