I have been a patient of Dr. Hersh for five years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Both she and her nurse are always kind, attentive, and take the time to truly listen to my concerns. Every experience has been wonderful, and I have always felt cared for and supported. I had a high-risk pregnancy with multiple complications, including advanced maternal age, gestational diabetes, hypertension, and a transverse baby. Dr. Awad and the MFMA team carefully managed every concern and supported me from my first visit through postpartum recovery. I was especially impressed with my C-section incision, the closure was beautifully done, and the scar is barely visible. Dr. Hersh is a highly professional doctor, who truly cares about providing the best care to her patients. I always feel confident in her ability to diagnose and treat any problem.
Shara and Dr. Awad are great and caring providers. I had positive experiences with both during my pregnancy and postpartum journey. In office the staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. I have only had challenges with getting a message to my doctor or asking a question outside of my appointments. The logistics of the practice, call center and nurse triage customer service should be reviewed for patient experience.
