Ford dealership that doesn't honor Ford factory warranties, unless of course you purchased the vehicle from them. Not certain how this works exactly, wanted to charge over a $120 diagnostic fee for the check engine light being on, while the vehicle is under factory warranty. Stated that they couldn't honor the warranty since we didn't get it from them. I'm surprised they didn't tell me I had to take it back to where it was assembled. It took the collision center twice as long to do repairs on my van as they said it would. I was getting a new bumper, headlight and some paint work done. When I got it back, there were gashes and scrapes in the chrome of the BRAND NEW bumper, the driver side headlight has deep gashes in it, the passenger headlight that was supposedly replaced for $170 is cloudy & broken. bad customer service, i was extremely unhappy with my experience there. The woman at the finance desk was witchy and i cant say anything good about this place. when choosing where to spend thousands of your hard-earned money you need to be treated respectfully and they just dont deliver
