I was helping a patient with an appointment at 9am. I arrived at 8:45 am and the door was not even open. So I waited till 9:00 and there was no one inside the clinic. I called their number posted on door, no one picked up the call. This is indeed a lousy physician. No idea how he is still licensed to practice!
I called in November 2024 to schedule an appointment with their office for February 18, 2025. After waiting four months to be seen, I arrived at my appointment only to be told they would not accept my insurance—despite it being Blue Shield of CA—simply because it was obtained through Covered California. Dr. Singh is by far the most supportive and knowledgable doctor I have had. Her pragmatic attitude has aided in my recovery greatly!
The dr is very rude and disrespectful. She has such a bad attitude, as if it's such a chore for her to be at work and as if she is doing me such a favor for being there. When she walked in the room she doesnt even say hi to me she says "you have so many things wrong with you i dont even know where to begin" how unprofessional but it didn't stop there, she felt the need to comment on my body while doing my exam as if that had anything to do with it
