I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Charan Property Management. Communication is consistently slow, and in many cases, there is no response at all. I currently have an ongoing issue with my flooring, and despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I have received little to no meaningful support. The individual responsible is rarely available, and staff in the office are unwilling to take messages or provide any form of follow-up. Buyers BEWARE. I am a first time homeowner that bought a suite from this property management. I have made formal complaints multiple times through email, letters, and calls about a chronic smoker in my building. The amount of cigarette smoke that comes into my apartment as a non-smoker is astounding. I rarely enter my laundry room and have blocked the vents in my bathroom. The condo management has done minimal to make it stop. If you’re considering buying, don’t! This is lowering the value of the properties, save your money.
I had a very disappointing experience trying to view a suite here. Despite the listing being active for over a month and my repeated requests to see the place, the management has consistently refused to book a showing, which is a bizarre way to handle prospective tenants. As someone with years of experience in property management, I know that high-interest units don't sit on the market this long unless there are serious internal issues. A 2.6-star rating makes perfect sense when responsiveness and transparency are this poor.... read more
Very bad condo management
Extremely disappointed by Charan Property Management for our condo buildings. There was either a lot of miscommunication or no communication at all. If I was lucky, they’d acknowledge receipt of my email but often would never action any item. Examples included: I filled out pet approval or parking forms that they said they’d provide to the Condo Board only to find out that they never did. They said our roof was fixed so we could proceed with internal water damage repairs only for water to come dripping through my ceiling day... read more
