We have been contacting Charan Property Management daily for over a week regarding the constant sound of running water in our apartment. Dont expect to be able to get ahold of this place, never answer phones, emails or any form of communication. Stay away. Quite possibly the worst property management company in existence. Extremely invasive practices even for owners of condominiums they manage. Forceable entry to units against owner will, fines if you don't comply. They require you to use THEIR masterkey, and if your lock is not keyed to their masterkey, insist on charging you $250+ for a new lock, but don’t allow you to use your own company for this.
