So I found charan property management online and I decided to call them Trina was amazing at helping me find something within my budget she had everything set up and I have my key less than a week after viewing the place not only amazing customer service but their maintenance guy Kevin is very good at his job I am looking forward to many years to come and enjoy my new basement suite thank you very much Charan thank you for helping me find an amazing place
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We have had a burnt garage bin for over 5 months not replaced, I’ve found multiple wild animals in our building hallways, bats, pigeons, cats. I once walked out and a homeless man was sleeping in the stair well. Nothing is ever cleaned. They blame every tenant for issue they haven’t dealt with. I have a blind family member and the emergency lights have been on low battery for over 6 months.
