Very bad condo management
Extremely disappointed by Charan Property Management for our condo buildings. There was either a lot of miscommunication or no communication at all. If I was lucky, they’d acknowledge receipt of my email but often would never action any item. Examples included: I filled out pet approval or parking forms that they said they’d provide to the Condo Board only to find out that they never did. They said our roof was fixed so we could proceed with internal water damage repairs only for water to come dripping through my ceiling day... read more

I would like to give zero stars, but unfortunately that is not an option. I have had many issues with the incompetence and terrible customer service with Charan over the years, but this interaction was the final nail in the coffin for me. I reached out to Charan for a statement of my monthly condo fees as requested by my mortgage broker. The request was very polite, and I did not request an exact date that the information be provided. I really want to give a ZERO ratings if it is available. I am a condo owner. There is a leakage in the bathroom which was clearly affected by the main pipe from the ceiling. The leakage is causing a hole in the unit ceiling. The condo management is charging me renovation fees, but the ceiling hole is there and still leaking. When I called the condo management, the person who answered the phone asked me to shoot a video to investigate where the leakage is from, as if my iPhone Live Photo is not showing enough.
