For over ten years, I've been a dedicated patient at this Mentor office, believing I was in the care of understanding and compassionate professionals. The worst experience we have ever had, would never ever recommend this place, can’t get a hold of a doctor. Different students evaluating my child every week with zero help to help him with his anxiety, the staff is unreliable, never able to give us concrete answers, run around constantly, absolute and complete disappointment with all services. I have been Attending Services With Charak Mental Health Services Since August 20th 2013. I am recovering from heroin. I needed a safe place and help for my addiction to heroin. I was very frightened and scared. They accepted me as a patient as they only knew what I told them. It amazed the trust they had in me with my FIRST appointment. They welcomed me with open arms.
