I booked 2 months in advance for 2 charters. I got a call a little less than a 45 minutes before the party saying the actors were sick and wouldn't make it. She said they called her at 3am and told her but I wasn't told until 45 min before my party I was not happy at all. Left with no party entertainment at all and no time to replace them. Then was told they would send me 2 free characters to anothet event and when I've emailed to ask about it they never reply.

Terrible experience do not waste your money I booked Minnie Mouse a month a head of time for my daughter first birthday party she Rebecca called the night before the party informed me that there was no actors she didn’t give me any heads up has no return my deposit and saying that it’s the banks fault she did not communicate well and Iam so disappointed do not book

Hired Characters-IO for my daughter's fifth birthday party. Was contacted the day of and told one of the performers was sick, so they could only send one. Was also asked to adjust the time that we had her booked. It was a bit frustrating when trying to coordinate the new time, but everything worked out great. Rapunzel (Keira) was absolutely fantastic! The girls loved her! She was friendly, engaging, and had a great energy! Only giving four stars instead of five, because of the timing issue/performer being sick and no back-up... read more
