End result was great! We are so happy with their work ethic and customer service. They were very kind and accommodating. Price was good for the work they did and they left the work site clean and picked up every day. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new deck!
Jadon the owner of Character Craftsman is very nice, professional, reasonably priced, and an expert in building decks! He built five decks in our neighborhood alone so that should tell you something!!! 🤩 Also, his workers are the best. They are at our house early in the morning and they stay until 7 PM every night. I don’t know how they do this kind of back-breaking work, but we sure do appreciate them. Five stars hire these guys - you won’t be disappointed and you will LOVE your new deck!
We had Character Craftsmen remove an old warped desk and replace with a new larger deck with all composite materials. All phases of the job were done professionally, on time, and the end result exceeded our expectations. The deck looks great and plan to use Character Craftsmen for additional projects.
After having sub-par experiences with other contractors in the past, I was nervous about finding someone who was licensed, insured, experienced, and most of all someone with great customer service. The single rods in our closets weren’t cutting it anymore. We needed more closet organization. Hired Character Craftsmen to build a closet system in the master bathroom closet and add additional shelving to the guest closet and laundry room. They were very professional, fast, and did good quality work. Will definitely use again when I’m ready to makeover the main master closet. Highly recommend!
