Char prepared a 4 course meal in my home for an intimate family gathering of 8. It was absolutely a wonderful experience. In planning the event, Char listened carefully to learn the context and my preferences, and made a point of incorporating details accordingly. Every course that she prepared was a culinary masterpiece -- subtle but exquisite flavours with a delightful presentation. Char interacted in a professional but also personal way, adapting easily to my home environment. I would wholeheartedly recommend Char.
I worked with Char In The Kitchen to provide catering for the bridal suite on my daughter’s wedding day, and the experience was outstanding. She is Amazzzzing! She will take up your event and will put her heart out in every small detail..with food presentation to combinations everything..Charlene is truly gifted and what makes her special is her hard work and enthusiasm in her work! And of course the food tasted heavenly!
Charleen catered our farewell party for 25, the food was plentiful, delicious and beautifully presented. We had both hot and cold dishes, Charleen set up and cleared up after the event. What a really nice woman, happy to have met you Charleen. We highly recommend her services.
You just could not ask for better food or service! Char catered a party for us and our guests raved about the food (especially the meatballs). She guided me through choosing a menu, accommodated my gluten free requests, came to our home and set everything up and just was such a pleasure to work with. Everything looked and tasted fantastic. I'm recommending her to everyone I know.
