I have been eating at char-grill for 30 years. At the Davidson location since it opened. I’m a big fan! But we visited Saturday. It’s been awhile since we had been. The bun on my burger was cold. The cheese was not melted. You must have changed the hamburger meat because it was not juicy like it normally is. My husband got the steak burger. It didn’t come on the hoagie bun as it normally does. But worse of all, our fries were cold. Your hot fries are my favorite. Disappointed all around. Sad...

Burgers are delicious however the service is terrible. We’ve been there twice in the last month and both times they were out of milk, so no shakes. The first time I ordered, they didn’t tell me until I went up to ask where my shake was with the order... pretty disappointing.

The service is awful!! It’s always new faces never the same. The fries was so cold so nasty. Really disappointed!! When this location opened it was amazing it’s fine down hill majorly!!! Please fix this.
Great burgers, fries and perfect Mtn Dew .. no carbonated taste. Waited on us at 9:40 and they are scheduled to close at 10:00!! Very impressed!! From New Tazewell Tennessee...
Expensive for what you get!!!
It was good! Like a cross between Cook Out and Steak & Shake.
