I had a great experience here. It is nice to know there is still a local person to talk to. I also recieved a much better rate than my previous insurer. I would absolutely suggest Char and her team if you are looking for a better insurance company.

I am a new customer of Char & team but from the day I met Lauren I felt very comfortable about working with Char & State Farm. The storm in April required we submit a claim. Working with Lauren and State Farm was very easy. Everyone was professional and the claim was paid quickly and with no haggling. Great team to work with!
Charlene Bozovich and her office this past month told my seventy year old mother they weren't going to cover one of the two homes she had insured with them and a 30plus year customer. Because she had a valid claim they had to pay out on they then discontinued her service for just the one home with the claim. They still wanted her big expensive home and cars.....just not the house they had to spend money on.
