I went to this State Farm location a couple of months ago when I needed to transfer the title and register my car. The notary knew this was a leased vehicle. At my initial appointment, I called Honda financial with the notary present to discuss the process. I made it clear that I would be financing the vehicle when the lease matured in May. It was NEVER discussed with me that I would have to register the vehicle a second time after financing. If it had been, I would’ve waited.
