A family member was recently represented in a legal matter by Right Law Group. Due to unique circumstances, I paid for the legal fees and was somewhat involved in the process. The service provided by the legal team was not representative of what is portrayed on their website. The Intake Specialist was extremely personable, but was very misleading in the personal level of service which the firm would provide.
