School pictures looked good but were not cropped - strange, given the price point that he charges for them; multiple attempts to communicate with Rob (business owner, I guess) to have help in addressing the issue were functionally ignored (the only feedback I got from him was "I was on vacation, will fix next week," and that was two months ago). I *rarely* offer negative feedback online, but as a small business owner myself, I find this behavior galling and disrespectful.

Rob creates the most fantastic photos you can very imagine. He also does yearly Santa photos and we have gone for the last 18 years!

We just did Santa pictures. I was was so hopeful, due to covid we don't get to use our normal "Santa place". When we arrived everything seemed to be kept clean and we didn't encounter any other families... so this is a positive. I tried emailing and calling multiples times with no response until I found the photographer on Facebook and messaged him there. They did great during the shoot. For as much as they charge for photos, you would think they would at least crop or edit the background so that you don't see their back drop stand with clips and everything behind it. So disappointed in the "edited" finished product. I will not be ordering pictures again!
