To Whom It May Concern, I am filing this complaint to document the horrific experience my family endured due to the gross negligence and abandonment by LifePath Hospice during my father’s final days. I wanted to inform my name is Marilyn Lopez. I had the worst experience and the hospice of good shepherd in Avondale, Florida I want to inform the receiving of patient. They are not active on receiving person practically and his last moment they miss treated him they didn’t vinyl washing, didn’t provide no food they didn’t provide any hospitality in receiving I do not recommend this place to no one there, at this stage of which I was in.
I cant say I had a great experience working there , very unprofessional and unwelcoming . The supervisors are empathetic and very rude at times wouldn’t recommend to any caregiver !!!!!!
