To Whom It May Concern, I am filing this complaint to document the horrific experience my family endured due to the gross negligence and abandonment by LifePath Hospice during my father’s final days. This organization utterly failed in every capacity and caused my mother and me immense emotional trauma. I cant say I had a great experience working there , very unprofessional and unwelcoming . The supervisors are empathetic and very rude at times wouldn’t recommend to any caregiver !!!!!!
