I have had an incredible experience receiving help with Chapters. Jacob has gone above and beyond assuring that I have access to help, checking in on me every step of the way. I am very grateful to be able to receive services here, and I couldn't recommend this place more.
In August of 2024 I came to Chapters in a very specific crisis. I had just suffered the hardest hitting most abusive blow from my parents and stopped all contact with them and the rest of my family. As a nurse practitioner under Dr. Parhami, Ms. Sanaz has been exceptional in providing care. Her kindness, professionalism, and commitment to improvement have made a noticeable difference. She always listens and goes above and beyond to ensure the best outcomes. We are truly grateful for her care and support.
Sanaz, my psychiatric nurse practitioner, has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout my care. Despite my mental health challenges and my sometimes irregular schedule, she always accommodates me and ensures that everything—from appointments to refills—is handled seamlessly. Thanks to her, l’m experiencing genuine improvement and feel truly cared for.
Not professional they just prescribe pills without knowing side effects etc. Don't like this place and kids were smoking weed in restrooms not professional if you ask me or anyone else . I would recommend other places.
