We just finished an almost full apartment renovation (kitchen, two baths, floors, lighting, painting) with Chapter and would recommend for a Manhattan renovation. I would recommend working with Chapter. My project manager Rubi was very responsive most notably, as we navigated getting the necessary approval from the management company for my coop building. Rubi and the Chapter team worked diligently to meet my move-in deadline. Post move, Rubi was there to ensure all remaining punch list items were resolved. UPDATED (January 2025): At this point, I have used Chapter on two separate instances. I originally used them for a full renovation of a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment in Greenwich Village, which they did an excellent job. Afterwards, my apartment had a leak in the unit above (not Chapter's fault - it was the unit above), which caused some water damage.
