We have only had several rings appraised here, but every time we go in we get great friendly service. Their appraiser comes in once a month, on the first Thursday of the month. You have to plan for that. I'm sure that their jewelry is high quality, because they make a lot of it there.
I brought a ring in for cleaning and repair. Excellent, friendly service! I was fully informed of the cost in advance. Reasonable charge for the prompt service. Courtesy call to me of the completion of work and final cost. I will definitely go to Chappuis Jewelers in the future.
I had my rings cleaned, and the settings checked. All the employees were extremely kind and very prompt in fulfilling our request. My rings look better than ever!
