I have had my carpets done by Stanley Steamers every three months for the last two years and have had my couch cleaned twice within that timeframe as well. I have never been very happy with the results of Stanley Steamers and was ultimately to the point of redoing all flooring and buying a new couch. Ended up using Chapple's as they are a local family owned company and figured I would get things cleaned before holidays since replacement of things hasn't happened yet.
