Adam got me in right away for a scratch on my tailgate. He was able to buff it out and it looks great now. I will absolutely go back for any future work I need done.
Taking my vehicle to Chappells was such an incredible experience. They were so kind and helpful! As a 22yr old woman, I am normally pretty weary of auto shops and being taken advantage of given my lack of knowledge on cars but my experience couldn’t have been further from it. We hit a deer just shy of the Springdale exit, and got towed to Chappells. While they're very busy with an upcoming holiday, they took the time to check out our vehicle, give us honest advice, and even recommended another business to help us get on the road faster. Definitely a shop with integrity. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, the owner and the office.
