Taking my vehicle to Chappells was such an incredible experience. They were so kind and helpful! As a 22yr old woman, I am normally pretty weary of auto shops and being taken advantage of given my lack of knowledge on cars but my experience couldn’t have been further from it. They worked with me in taking care of my car after hitting a deer and walked me through the insurance process when it ultimately became totaled which is way more service than I would ever expect. We hit a deer just shy of the Springdale exit, and got towed to Chappells. While they're very busy with an upcoming holiday, they took the time to check out our vehicle, give us honest advice, and even recommended another business to help us get on the road faster. Definitely a shop with integrity. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, the owner and the office.

We love this place! They have fixed 2 of our vehicles and it's obvious they take pride in their work. They work with you and your insurance to get things done right. We will always go there as long as we're in the state!!!
