Excellent care,warm professionals, me and my pet love that clinic
I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. After my dog received the annual vaccine here, a lump developed at the injection site. When I went back to ask about it,doctor Aya was very rude and dismissive instead of explaining or reassuring me. As a pet owner, this was upsetting and unprofessional. I expected care, concern, and respectful communication. I hope the clinic improves both medical follow-up and customer service.
