Says walk i. But does not take walk ins
I have called them 3 times over the pass week to try and make an appointment every time I was hung up on after being put on hold I drive there at 6:00pm and see the receptionist on her phone with air pods in and ask if they have time for a walk in (it’s dead in there) I need a form filled out for work and they say no They close at 8:00pm so they are saying with the 2 remaining hours they have open they can’t see a walk in for a form to be signed while no one is in the waiting room and it being dead enough for the receptionis... read more
The schedule is horrible. Everytime I have appointment I show up 15 minutes early before my appointment and still waiting half hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen. This happens everytime. I understand it all patients issues aren't quick ones or may take longer but still don't need to overbook people during same times.
