Ray and the entire team at Chappelle were all extremely professional throughout the process of getting our beautiful roof. They were compassionate and realized how important it was for us to feel safe with a sturdy roof over our heads after damage during a hurricane, an extremely stressful situation. We were so impressed with the hard-working crew who installed the roof and the impeccable clean up afterwards. Everyone we dealt with at this company was very friendly and a huge weight has been lifted having a new roof.
I have not had this Company do a roofing job for me and even though I am in process of getting roofing quotes, I will not be calling them. My husband and I were driving on Manatee Ave and a white pick up truck with their company info blattenly cut us off and we had to hit the breaks, we turned right to go over bridge to Palmetto and again he served trying to cut us off again and almost hit our vehicle, when I looked over he flipped me off. Great company knows there products and were easy to work with.
After the hurricane, we had these guys come out to inspect our roof. We were lucky and only had two shingles missing and no damage. They offered to just grab a couple shingles from another job as they came across some that would match the roof. They then came back and took 10 min to replace them. It's nice to know that there are nice honest companies out there still. Great job guys!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Unprofessional business that doesn't give a courtesy call with a NO SHOW for scheduled appt for estimate. This was the second scheduled appt. Recommend steering clear from Chappelle if that aren't considerate enough of people's time don't waste your $ with them. Just saw another 1 star rvw for their recent shotty work. Highly recommend WestFall Roofing instead!
