Spoke with a Nicole who claimed to be there general manager, I been in costumer service for over 15 years now and I must say she was by far the most rudest woman I ever had to deal with. Interrupting me over talking me told me I was hogging up her phone line. These people are disrespectful and shady like some democrats.

Chappelle Roofing recently replaced our 18 years old shingles roof with a Standing Seam Metal roof. Everyone was great to work with from our first contact with Gibson our Project Manager, he pointed out a big issue during the removal of the old roof and worked with us to resolve it without hassles. Our Production Manager Jess was very easy to talk to and helpful when questions were asked. A totally lied about replacing the wood and leaving Nails behind I picked up two handfuls of nails I had tongue and groove Woodroof roof I asked him to replace it back with the same material and they put plywood back they made the fish out of 21/10 Sandwich together not even pressure-treated they got roof material all inside my boat
