I got the roof done about 6 months ago they still have to come back and finish
Chappelle Roofing was amazing! They came out the same day that I called for an estimate, and I had a copy of the quote in my inbox before he even left my house. The supplies were delivered on time, and the work began exactly when it was supposed to. I was told 2-4 days for project completion, however, they were able to finish the job in one day! Carlos Colbert’s professionalism and knowledge helped make our decision very easy. He also kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. Spoke with a Nicole who claimed to be there general manager, I been in costumer service for over 15 years now and I must say she was by far the most rudest woman I ever had to deal with. Interrupting me over talking me told me I was hogging up her phone line. These people are disrespectful and shady like some democrats.
