Chappelle Roofing was amazing! They came out the same day that I called for an estimate, and I had a copy of the quote in my inbox before he even left my house. The supplies were delivered on time, and the work began exactly when it was supposed to. I was told 2-4 days for project completion, however, they were able to finish the job in one day! Spoke with a Nicole who claimed to be there general manager, I been in costumer service for over 15 years now and I must say she was by far the most rudest woman I ever had to deal with. Interrupting me over talking me told me I was hogging up her phone line. These people are disrespectful and shady like some democrats.

Chappelle Roofing recently replaced our 18 years old shingles roof with a Standing Seam Metal roof. Everyone was great to work with from our first contact with Gibson our Project Manager, he pointed out a big issue during the removal of the old roof and worked with us to resolve it without hassles. Our Production Manager Jess was very easy to talk to and helpful when questions were asked.
