Excellent clinic clean and well organized. Very easy to book an appointment. Staff are very friendly and professional which includes the front desk, the hygienist and the dentist. I enjoyed my first experience in this clinic and may already recommend it for everybody as I have long experience with dental clinics around Canada.

Extremely aggressive billing practices and hidden costs. My whole family has been coming to this clinic, but we are officially leaving after today’s incident. On April 30, 2026, I had a routine visit where Chappelle Family Dental completely maxed out my Manulife insurance limits, charging a staggering $939.20. They took a total of 8 dental X-rays (including a Panoramic view and multiple Periapicals), and the dentist added my front tooth to the treatment plan based on those fresh images.
