Unprofessional bedside manner. Does not listen to patient concerns. Does not explain diagnosis clearly.
She spoke down to my grandparents and even hung up on them. She hasn't referred my grandpa to a dermatologist nearly as quick as she should. She's TERRIBLY hard to understand & has no bedside manner. At a minimum, she should have someone with her to translate to make sure her patients can clearly understand the info. Btw, her staff is wonderful!!
