I am baffled by the positive feedback for the most atrociously disorganised agents. I pay for a rent management service and C&M have created additional problems rather than provided any level of service to relieve any pressure off me as the landlady. - Told my tenants are in arrears 2 months into a tenancy when they had sent the rent C&M just couldn't find it. - Couldn't find me new tenants for the property. Resulting in my current tenants helping recruit new tenants for me. Quoted me 2 completely different fees for the same... read more
