If I had written this review a few years ago, I probably would have given 4 or 5 stars. Back then, I had only one son, who enjoyed coming here, sitting in the cab or plane chair, and watching his favorite cartoon. Each appointment lasted 20 minutes, and I even recommended this salon to a couple of people. When my second son needed a haircut earlier than my first (before he was even one), the experience was completely different. He was too young to understand what was happening and was scared. AWFUL Rushed and bad actitud. Terrible! Appointments are set for 15 minutes each which we did not know. They were told that my 3-year old son has sensory issues in advance, and they were nothing but RUDE. We called 15 minutes in advance letting them know that we were 5 minutes late( you understand! Kids) they Performed the job in 5 minutes, an uneven hair cut by Laura. We told her that his hair was still long, which she decided to dismiss us because she only gives you those 10 minutes. I always bring my kids here for haircuts! They are super nice and very quick. I have never been disappointed.
