Avoid this shop. They Sell junk tires. Bought first pair and was in a flat in 5 minutes. Came back and they put in a second pair… drive for 2 weeks and both tires were blowing bubbles out the sidewall and went flat. Owner said that I was 4 days outside of the warranty that was printed on The receipt that the girl didn’t give me. The credit card receipt wasn’t good enough.
had my tire patched 2 days later the tire fell off while doing 65mph on the highway due to the negligence of not properly tightening the lug nuts after putting my tire on this cost me roughly 500$ to fix all because they cant pay someone who knows how to change a tire when I tried to get them to own up to what they did they denied everything and laughed I would never ever reccomend having work done here I found out my self and about 5 other people have had the same thing happen i found out after posting on facebook I dont un... read more
didnt like the fact that some how the tire pressure sensor mounting band to one of my tires.. broke... I've had the tires on my car replaced twice before by dobbs and i took my car to chapos after a friend referred me to them.. well hence the term you get what you pay for... employee told me the band just snapped on it own.. which i think was a lie.. they werent going to admit it.. was no point in arguing with them .. they werent going to admit it... didnt take money off my bill for it happening either.. so now im going to h... read more

RecommendedThese guys were so kind when a lot of other shops I spoke to were extremely rude. They fixed my tire after I ran over a nail and didn’t try to make me buy a new tire just to make money. Very nice people. 10/10 will be returning ⭐️
Chapo's Tires Shop Now opens on SUNDAY from 9am/3pm
They have someone that works there named David lepes jr. and he took stuff out of my car when he was working on my vehicle and I was inside waiting. I will be calling the Dept. of Labor in Collinsville and reporting them for paying their employees under the table, no taxes and no workers comp. How dare this person steal from me and his employer not fire him !
Over priced tires they sold me a tire with a hole and didn't want to replace it
