I had read great reviews of Chapnick & Associates and they seemed like the right firm to represent me in a traffic violation when I was visiting NY. Robert was quick to respond and took the time to make sure I understood the process. His communication was superb! In the end he ended up saving me a lot of time, money, and potential negative marks on my license. I had an overall great experience with the firm and would recommend them to anyone looking.

Robert worked with me after we connected via OTR. His guidance was simple and straightforward and the process required limited input from me.
