I was told that I had to have a mat for my service dog to lay on 2 weeks ago when I went to the office and that she could not accomoany me into the exam room. I called today and was being told that I need to bring a cage in for my dog to be caged up while I'm being treated and that she also had to have a mat under her kennel. I did not object to having a mat for her and told them she could stay in the waiting room with my spouse.
