This is hands down the BEST dentist office in Georgia! The dentist and staff are so professional and friendly. The office is very clean and everyone is so knowledgeable about their job. Love this place!

The lady on the phone was extremely rude and trying to discredit my pain. I was just trying to make an appointment. Also I asked her to not put me on hold after I’d been calling for weeks at different times of the day and keep getting left on hold. She kept putting me on hold again. Actually came back this time but was rude.

Literally have called 48 plus times they actually answered 3 out of them asked me to hold, waited so long that it sent me to voicemail but it's full so it hangs up. This is absolutely ridiculous. I just don't understand.

All the front desk employees should be fired. Basically I’ve lived in this area for a year and a half and every time I need an appointment it’ll take me months to get someone to answer the phone and then if they actually do answer the phone then leave me on hold for so long that anybody would hang up like it’s so hard to get an appointment. I don’t understand what the problem is like. Do your job !answer the phone!Don’t leave people on hold forever. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
