New to NEPA and it has been a challenge to find someone who can cut hair. We have spots in our town and they really struggle to cut a man’s hair. Let’s say we tried Chapman’s with Mike and WOW the guy is fire !!! Thank you Mike you gave my son and I an amazing haircut. The wife is stoked. Happy wife happy life!!!
