170k miles & still running strong My Ford Econoline work van, serviced at Chapman's for over 10 years, still runs strong and doesn't leak a drop of oil. Besides regular maintenance, they've done big jobs like a transmission replacement to smaller but no less important jobs like replacing the power window controller system in my door when the window dropped and wouldn't go back up. Friendly, knowledgeable, highly recommended.

John knows automotive like the back of his hand. I took my Prius in to replace the battery and fix back brakes. Dan contacted me quickly with and exact diagnosis, cost and when the repairs would be complete. At the dealership i always waited hours for an update, always played phone tag with the service advisor, and always dealt with the cashier(you know the one with the blank look on their face) that took forever to process my CC. Why go through this when you don't have to. I highly recommend Chapman's Automotive AAA+++
