Dr. Chapman and his team are fantastic. Kind, approachable, caring, the list goes on and on. I was referred to Dr. Chapman by another physician and I can absolutely see why he was recommended. Dr. Chapman takes the time to get to know his patients, address their concerns in a manner of which almost puts you at ease. He listens and is genuinely interested about how his patients are feeling. His entire office is extremely pleasant and easy communicate with.
They saw my son last second for an ear infection. Dr. Chapman was not only amazing with my 5 year old but also extremely informative with me as a parent; showing me pictures and examples of what was happening in my son’s ear. Karina at the front desk was super helpful and friendly as well. We will not be going anywhere else for our medical needs.
I found my experience at Chapman WellCare to be excellent. From the moment I approached the receptionist desk to the finish of my visit. Dr. Chapman was very professional and very inquisitive regarding any issues I was currently or previously experiencing. If you are looking for a primary care provider I believe you will be very pleased with this practice.
Highly recommend this office! The staff is incredible—welcoming you the moment you walk through the door and making you feel completely at ease. Dr. Chapman is extremely kind and approachable, guiding you through the entire process with care and professionalism. He’s very knowledgeable and truly has his patients’ best interests at heart.
