We had a flat a d no spare while on a road trip and got towed to their shop after hours. We slept in the van in their parking lot. The next morning, everybody was very friendly and helpful. We have an uncommon tire size and Authur went out of his way to call every tire shop in the area and find a tire for us. If it weren't for them going out of their way to help we would have just been stranded.
I had a set of Rims and Tires for my truck that I just bought and was looking for a place to put them on. I went to Chapman Tire in Carrollton, Ky since they were a reputable place to go. I had the rims/tires installed along with an Alignment. When I get home, I start to admire my truck and the new rims/tires that were just installed.
