Do not rent here, they do do respond to urgent maintenance request, they don’t answer the phone, poor plumbing my basement has flooded a total of 7 times

Lived here for five months was unable to get a hold of any management ever. We had electrical issues the entire time and never got them fixed until we were about to move Out. gave us a $250 concession for the five months we had issues with our electrical outlets dishwashers breaking microwaves two of them replaced screen door never got fixed dog trash bags never were refilled. We lived here for 5 months before thankfully getting deployed for the military. Worst 5 months of our lives. Immediately upon move in, they randomly switched management company’s after KB Reality had a guy named Kelly skimming money from the rentals. The new company was no better. They took weeks to come out and fix any of our issues. Mind you this place was built in 2023 and we had electrical outlets short out, our washer and microwave go out and need to be replaced… but don’t worry they will make sure they get there $2.195... read more
