Absolutely a disgrace, agent hid and lied about rent and invoice owed by previous tenants and left me fighting to recover my loss. I'm seeking legal counsel about this matter and will be after the agency and the particular agent about their unethical behaviours. Disgusting the way they treat the owners, don't go anywhere near them. Horrible!
