I called about replacing my window just a while ago not knowing my husband had called while I was at work The man who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. He replied to me as if I was an idot telling me the quote is still the same and told me I called an hour ago. I had no idea what he was talking about till asking my husband if he called this business. My husband told me the man was also unkind to him as well.
We were on vacation and needed to get home at a preset time. The driver side window on our Honda Pilot was shattered. Our insurance company set up the repairs with Chapman Auto Glass in Albuquerque, NM. We arrived after 8:00pm. Brian directed us to his house and fixed our window that night so we could continue on our way. Because of Brian we were able to arrive at our destination safe and sound.
