Juan and the team at Chapman really saved the day and my vacation. Had my Mazda for less than 3 years and suddenly while on vacation in Wildwood everything going haywire and the car won’t start. Closest dealership was Chapman’s in Egg Harbor, not only did they squeeze me in next day but really went above and beyond by giving me a loaner car, addressing and fixing the problem and getting me back on the road. The new Mazda building is beautiful. The service is always great, well communicated and fair. Tyajah was a wonderful associate to work with.
Just recently bought a Mazda 3 from this dealership. Very happy with the vehicle. I had the privilege of dealing with salesperson Naji who was very professional and did everything in his power to make the purchase as easy as possible. He was able to get me where I neeses to be payment wise and got me in the car promptly. His assistant that day A.J. was also very knowledgeable with the vehicle and was a great help. I reccomend this dealship and specifically Naji if you are in the market for a nice vehicle with no hassle.
