I recently had an unfortunate experience with Chapman Law Office, specifically with Lora, the receptionist. Her demeanor was consistently rude and condescending throughout our interaction. Rather than offering assistance or addressing my inquiries in a professional manner, she displayed a noticeable lack of patience and courtesy. This negative experience overshadowed my impression of the firm and made me reconsider seeking their services. Do not recommend using Nick Ward unless you want to be robbed of $10,000 & absolutely nothing to be done in your case. If you want your paperwork filed incorrectly to the judge, and to be charged for his mistakes, then be my guest. Otherwise, avoid using him at all costs. Used the word f*%# every other sentence, and reeked of cigarette smoke. Did not care for the child at all. He’s been through 3 assistants during the time I was using him.
