We were with Chapman for two years when we bought our first house. Consistently responsive and willing to answer most questions. When we received notice on getting our roof done the insurance covered it with no problem. The whole claim went very smooth! The $2,000 increase between home/auto after two years was what pushed us away. We were told there was nothing else and it was understandable why we needed to shop around.
