We were with Chapman for two years when we bought our first house. Consistently responsive and willing to answer most questions. When we received notice on getting our roof done the insurance covered it with no problem. The whole claim went very smooth! I got a letter from the DMV making me prove my liability insurance had not lapsed since the previous owner turned their tag in. I simply called Todd and he said send me the letter, I'll take care of it. I got a return e-mail within minutes. The matter was taken care of. This is why I use Chapman Insurance. What I had assumed would be a hassle turned into a non issue with Todd and Chapman Insurance on it. Thank You. Diane has also helped me numerous times over the yrs. It seems all of the Chapman team is great.
