After a terrible experience at another dealership, I was delighted to find Jaime Heyns here at Chapman. I told her the issues the car was having that I told two other shops and she got the problem figured out within a few hours. The car needed a whole transmission and she kept me very informed the whole time my car was there. I highly recommend her as an advisor.
