They are NEVER here when I come to ask for help in the actual physical office. They need to change their operating hours to “whenever we feel like getting here”. This is the third time in the last year this has happened.
Probably the worst HOA I’ve ever dealt with! They collect $78 a month for next to nothing, and are constantly complaining about “violations.” IE it rains more than usual, and they send notices stating your entire house needs to be painted, even though it just needed to be pressure washed. I have lived here for the last year and yes the community is beautiful but safety is not a concern of the HOA. My car has been broken into 3 times in the last year and when I call the HOA all they can say is call the police. When I asked if they have patrols they said yes but they couldn’t tell me how often or the hours patrolled. They said they are primarily out looking for violations and expired tags….
