I’d like to commend the office ladies for both providing great customer service! What stood out to me is their efficiency and willingness to ensure everything was handled smoothly with my architectural application and the many questions I had. Well managed HOA.
Professionalism and organization could be improved. The office is often closed during posted hours.
My review is long overdue! I've lived in Chapman Heights for 2 years now, and the HOA has been nothing short of amazing. It's a very family oriented community, with holiday events and activities throughout the year that really bring neighbors together. The most recent gathering was a "meet and greet" for the HOA members, and it was such a great way to connect with neighbors and also meet the wonderful ladies who work in the HOA front office. They are NEVER here when I come to ask for help in the actual physical office. They need to change their operating hours to “whenever we feel like getting here”. This is the third time in the last year this has happened.
Probably the worst HOA I’ve ever dealt with! They collect $78 a month for next to nothing, and are constantly complaining about “violations.” IE it rains more than usual, and they send notices stating your entire house needs to be painted, even though it just needed to be pressure washed.
