They show up with no warning and don't seem like they care one way or another if they fix the problem. They showed up once when I was home, by accident, and two other times they showed up without warning and called me to let me know they were here, and I wasn't even in town. Called to try and reschedule, left message and haven't heard back: that was two weeks ago. I'll take my business elsewhere.
