I never even got my hair done. I originally booked with Demi in early January and paid $120 upfront. She canceled on me three times and made little to no effort to rebook. She claimed she refunded my money, but I’ve been waiting since January with no proof—no receipts, no updates, nothing. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank just to try and get my money back. Unprofessional and frustrating experience.
If I could leave no stars, I would. I never trust people to do my hair but I saw good reviews about this place so I booked! I booked the wrong service (partial balayage) when I wanted a full balayage. That is my mistake. But I did not even receive a partial balayage.. I got *yellow* money pieces. The foil slipped leaving a yellow blonde spot on the front of my head.
