I called to get a quote on a timing chain Job on my 06 fusion which I thought would have been simple and was told someone would call me back in the afternoon sometime. I called it around a few other shops and two other shops got back to me fairly quickly however I was still waiting on Ford’s quote and when I called back to see if they had gotten to the quote that guy I spoke with tells me he’s gonna try to get to it today but if not, he’ll get to it Monday! My wife and I had a terrible experience buying a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. Even though it’s a Ford dealer, I would expect them to standby their used cars. We bought a Jeep Wrangler from them with 35k miles and within 3 years and mileage at 75k, we had to trade it in because the garage bill was going to be $5k+ to keep it running.
