I had a great and productive experience while waiting for my car to be serviced. Jared kept me updated on the needs for my annual check up and service needs. I could have been out in under two hours. But took time to learn about offerings they had. Alicia was very pleasant and conducted an appraisal on my 2019 vehicle which I thought was fair and she facilitated a conversation with sales consultant Aaron.
