I bought my care at ford. Deer were very helpful. I have had routine maintenance done and the representatives are helpful.

Chapman service share the same incompetence as the collision center. I should have learn from the experience. I took my Edge in for rear camera recall. It was doing what was explained. After sitting for an hour, I was told they had to order the camera. When I got in my vehicle and turned it on it said the hood wasn't latched. Things were moved around in my center console. I called to get a quote on a timing chain Job on my 06 fusion which I thought would have been simple and was told someone would call me back in the afternoon sometime. I called it around a few other shops and two other shops got back to me fairly quickly however I was still waiting on Ford’s quote and when I called back to see if they had gotten to the quote that guy I spoke with tells me he’s gonna try to get to it today but if not, he’ll get to it Monday!
