I saw a car on Chapman site that was at their Horsham location. Price stated $1000 trade assistance, this dealer WOULD NOT HONOR told me it is a different dealer even though same name part of extended inventory online, total BS. Even worse sent TWO emails to the owner never got courtesy of a response. If the owner doesn't car why should his employees. I was ready to buy had someone just shown integrity and some level of customer service. My RECOMMENDATION is BUY IT FROM THEIR HORSHAM LOCATION AND SAVE $1000!!!!! Or BUY A DIF... read more
Service department is underwhelming. Only place I know where you make an appointment and they don't get you in. WHAT A JOKE!!! Don't use this dealer.
I've been a customer for years, Chapman Ford, Lincoln, Mercury & Mazda is a great place to do business. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and really cares about their customers. The service dept. takes very good care of my Ford Explorer and keeps it running smoothly! The management and sales people are very anxious to make your sales experience a pleasant one from the test drive until you see your brand new car in that amazing delivery area....all new cars should be presented to customers that way.
