These people are fair and square! They went the extra mile preparing my tele handler and gave me a great price. The communication was honest with frequent updates. I will go to them with my future needs for sure.

ZERO STARS! We are not satisfied customers. We were charged almost 1,000.00 dollars worth of LABOR ONLY to replace a starter. We called in with the exact problem and all serial and model numbers for the part we needed. They sent a tech out who sent us on a wild goose chase over a battery that did not need to be replaced. WE were RIGHT THE WHOLE TIME!! We only needed a starter replaced. 1,000.00 dollars of LABOR later.... and 2 visits they finally replaced the starter in our Forklift as we asked originally. Randy and Kim are wonderful. They have worked exceptionally hard to get us up and operational again while communicating well and making sure we were covered during the repairs. 5 star service for sure. Thanks guys!
